If you live in the city that is featured and you are pregnant, all you have to do is call us, tell us that your city is featured as the city of the week, and we will book your appointment at an available time of your choice for any day this week. Or you can schedule online.

You must have a valid driver's license or library card of the featured city to qualify for the free 3d ultrasound.

If you live in a suburb of the featured city or in an immediate adjoining city, you may still qualify. Please email us to determine eligibility.

Directions from Rockford, IL

We are located just 15 minutes from downtown Chicago and 1 hour 50 minutes from Rockford, IL.

When coming from Rockford, depending on which highway is closer to you, take US-20 E or take US-51 S (NW Tollway) south until you reach I-90 E (NW Tollway).
Stay on I-90 E going east for about 60 miles.
Make sure not to merge onto any of the other highways coming from I-90E. You will have to pass by I-290 and I-294.
Shortly after passing I-294, take the Cumberland Ave. exit, going south, also called IL-171 S. This is exit 79A.
Continue on Cumberland Ave going south for about 3.5 miles.
Turn left at Grand Ave.
Turn right at Harlem Ave.
Make a left turn onto Lake Street.
You will see the Shaker Building on your left-hand side. It is a large building with green awnings, located on Marion and Lake Street.


For Parking
Continue down Lake Street until you see the first traffic light, which is Marion Ave.
Make a left turn on Marion Ave. so that you are going north on Marion, (between Barbara's Bookstore and Chase Bank), and make a left turn into the Holly Court parking lot immediately behind the building.
Go past the open parking lot and into the parking structure.
Parking is free for the first hour in this parking structure. Parking is only $1 for the hour after that.
You can then enter the building via the back entrance.

Location of Rockford within Illinois

Rockford, IL, nicknamed The Forest City, is the third largest city, behind Chicago and Aurora. Rockford is located along both sides of the Rock River in northern Illinois. Rockford is the county seat of Winnebago County. According to the now outdated 2000 US Census, the city had a population of 150,115 people, and as of 2008, it is estimated to have a population of 157,272.
