Unable to open DVD

If you are unable to open your DVD on your computer and on your DVD player, then this is most likely due to a defective or damaged DVD.

DVD's can get damaged from excessive heat, water, or other causes. Occasionally, there may be a damaged DVD within a stack of new DVD's.

At First Peek Ultrasound, we try to minimize the occurrence of this problem by using high quality DVD's and in the most accepted DVD format (DVD-R). However, it is unavoidable that there can still be damaged or defective DVD's among our stock. We have upgraded the quality of our DVDs to further minimize this problem.

We currently check all DVD's before each customer leaves our facility, so this problem should be a rare occurence. However, if you have a defective or damaged DVD, call us as soon as possible and mail us your defective DVD with a brief note explaining the problem, and we will send you a replacement DVD.

We keep video recordings of all our 3D ultrasound sessions on our backup system for two weeks. So if you would like to request a DVD or if your DVD does not work, please contact us as soon as possible and within that time frame.
