No music on DVD
If there is no music on your DVD or the music on your DVD was cut off, this can be due to a disconnection in our sound system or the batteries running out
during your session (our music system is no longer dependent on batteries, so this should no longer be a problem).
Also, it is possible that the technician simply forgot to add the music to your DVD.
Although the problem of not having music on the DVD
has happened a few times in the past, we have recently upgraded our sound and DVD system to further minimize this occurrence.
Furthermore, we check every DVD before each customer leaves our facility, so this problem should be a rare occurrence.
If you have a DVD with no music or with the music cut off,
call us as soon as possible, and simply
mail us or drop off the CD of music
that you want on your DVD with a brief note explaining the problem and what tracks you want exactly on your DVD,
and we will send you a replacement DVD free of charge. We will send it to you via regular mail so that you receive your new DVD
within a few days.
If you did not have your own music for your DVD at the time of your appointment and you have the music now, you can request music to be put
on your DVD for a charge of
$30.
We keep video recordings of all our 3D ultrasound sessions on our backup system for two weeks. So if you have a
problem with the background music on your DVD, please contact us as soon as possible and within that time frame.
