DVD movie too short

Please note that although both the Complete Package and the Premium Package are 30-minute ultrasound sessions, the 4D ultrasound movie on your DVD may be shorter than 30 minutes, due to the fact that the setup time and the time spent in finding your baby is not necessarily recorded on your DVD. There may also be lost time if you have to get up or move around. We try to have your DVD be as long as possible and certainly try to ensure that your DVD movie is at least 15 minutes long during these sessions.

However, we can not ensure your DVD to be 30 minutes long, because this would mean that your 3D ultrasound session would have to be much longer than 30 minutes. Current FDA guidelines and consensus among the ob/gyn community states that ultrasound sessions not be longer than 30 minutes, because safety has not been fully established for ultrasound sessions lasting longer than 30 minutes.
