No DVD movie given with package



Currently, only the Complete Package and the Premium Package come with a DVD of your ultrasound session. You can purchase a DVD of your session as an add-on to your package for $15, but you will have to inform the ultrasound technician prior to your ultrasound session.

If you received a Complete Package or Premium Package, and you did not receive a DVD, this may either be because the ultrasound technician forgot to initiate recording a DVD during your session, forgot to hand you the DVD, or you may have left the DVD in our waiting room.

Normally, our ultrasound technician assistant places the DVD in your manila envelope or in your goodie bag. Please check these places for your DVD. Also, it is possible that your DVD fell out of your goodie bag and is on the seat of your car. Please check your car.

Whenever a customer leaves behind their DVD or any other object in our waiting room, one of us will immediately call you and send you an email. If you have not yet received a call from us, please call us as soon as possible to let us know that you did not receive your DVD.

You can either pick up your DVD or we can mail it to you. If we can not locate your DVD, or if a DVD was never recorded during your ultrasound session, then we can make another DVD from our backup recordings for you free of charge.

We keep video recordings of all our 3D ultrasound sessions on our backup system for two weeks. So if you would like to request a DVD or if your DVD does not work, please contact us as soon as possible and within that time frame.
