I accidentally lost my DVD

If you accidentally lost your DVD, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide you with another DVD. There is a charge of $15 for each additional DVD requested.

We keep video recordings of all our 3D ultrasound sessions on our backup system for two weeks. So if you would like to request a DVD of your session or if your DVD does not work, please contact us as soon as possible and within that time frame.

Unforunately, if it has been more than a couple weeks since your last session, there is no way of replacing your original DVD.
