Erta
Erta is an ARDMS-registered and certified ultrasound technician, specializing in obstetric sonography and highly trained in the art of 3D sonography.
Erta especially enjoys seeing new moms and dads bond with their baby. In her spare time, Erta enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with her family. Erta is married and has an 8-year-old son. Erta also recently had another baby - it's a boy!

When Erta was pregnant and working at First Peek, she couldn't wait to find out if she was having a boy or a girl. So after work one day, she gave herself a gender check, and amazingly, at only 12 weeks gestation, she was able to clearly see that she was having a baby boy! (She was right.)

Had my appointment October 3rd 2012. It was a wonderful beautiful experience. The baby was cooperative. At first, she became tired and got a little difficult, but Erta was very nice and patient! It went great. Everyone were very, very sweet. I liked the real mattress, unlike a hospital. It was really nice. I referred two friends. I brought 2 older girls, and they loved it. Erta was very nice. We will come back during the 29th week.

Oh my goodness you guys are amazing. Thank you so much! Our baby was giving us a bit of a hard time at first but Erta was just so patient, she was so great. She was so patient with us and I knew she had a lot of people that she saw before us and you would think that after doing this for so long it would become routine but what I loved is that she made us feel like we were the only people there. I really appreciated that personal touch she gave us. We plan on coming back soon.

I just came from getting my early ultrasound with Erta today at First Peek and my husband and I were very pleased with the service. The place was very inviting and calming. We found out we are having a little girl. It was so surreal to see her on the screen. She was so active and outgoing and I am only 15 weeks. Erta said she knew it was a girl as soon as she saw her. I thought that was so adorable. I would highly recommend First Peek Ultrasound to every pregnant mommy I know. Thanks guys!

It was pretty good. At first we couldn't find out the sex of the baby, but we eventually got it. I like how Erta was talking to the baby. The baby ended up moving and I think it was because she was talking to the baby.

My husband and I would like to thank Erta, we had an amazing time today. After a horrible appointment at our ultrasound yesterday, it was nice to be able to see our baby and to have pics to take home. It was great. It was really. We got a great pic of my baby's face, and it means the absolute world to me. Erta was very sweet, and I am definitely going to recommend you guys to all the pregnant girls I know because it's really great what you guys are doing. It was wonderful. I actually started crying because I had two ultrasounds previous to this appointment and they weren't sure, but Erta said she was 99.9% sure it was a girl. I am 34 weeks now and haven't had a baby shower yet because I didn't know the gender - now I can have a baby shower!

Well, I'm so happy. It was wonderful. The tech Erta was wonderful. It was awesome. This was the first time I did a 3D and we were so happy, my pictures came out great, they were very clear. The baby was in a very good position. I also researched other companies, and you guys offer the longest time for the session and the best price. With 2 girls at home I really wanted to find out what I was having so I can plan since ALL i have is girls stuff now we can go shopping and plan around having a boy. I loved how nice everyone there is, the place was soo clean. and everyone was soo helpful. My girls enjoyed seeing the baby on the tv and hearing the heartbeat. So talk about a stubborn baby... yesterday i went for my gender check and someone did not want their gender to be seen.. but thanks to Erta who was patient and even playful with my baby, me and my best friend discovered that I am having a very Stubborn baby girl :)... I ordered the complete package and came in on Saturday for the heartbeat! Erta was my technician. She was great. She tried several times until she captured a clear heartbeat. The rooms and so nice and comfortable. If you bring family and friends along, they will truly enjoy the experience with you. I'm so glad this will be a memory in the baby book =)....

I wasn't sure what to expect but was definitely won over. I did a 17 week gender check with Erta. She is a trained u/s tech and you could just tell she loves her job! She had as good of a time as us and she was super nice and told us what we were having with certainty right away. Everyone was great, very nice and I would definitely go back and recommend this place to a friend. Finding out what you're having 3 weeks early was definitely worth $39!!! ;)

Even though it was discouraged, I went ahead and got my 3D ultrasound at 14w6d and got to see my darling boy! Erta, the technician, was very active and communicative with my little one. Unfortunately, he didn't want to move much, but Erta got some great pictures and video! I, being the computer nerd I am, was able to turn it into a great bit of memorabilia for my family and friends. I wouldn't have ever been able to do any of this without First Peek, especially being so early on, and I am soooo grateful they took me on and let me see the most important person in my life!! My daughter was 31 weeks pregnant. I wasn't sure what to expect as my ultrasounds were black and white and you needed a PhD. to figure out what you were looking at. Not at First Peek Ultrasound. I actually saw my precious granddaughter's face. She was beautiful!!! I teared up to see her yawning, smiling, and waving. ERTA was our technician and she couldn't have been sweeter. She was very knowledgeable and worked hard to show us our little Angel. I HIGHLY recommend ERTA and First Peek Ultrasound. It was worth every penny!!! The free teddy bear with your baby's heartbeat was great and we also bought a body casting kit. I can't wait to do that!!!
