Gender was not determined

If the gender was not determined during your Gender Check package or any other 3D ultrasound package, for any reason, you may return for a free return gender check.

Simply call us at 708-870-0808 and schedule your visit. Or you can schedule online with the Free Return Gender Check package.

If we are not able to determine the gender of your baby after three attempts, you can choose to keep trying with us or you can get a full refund of your gender check package.

How likely is it that you can determine the gender on the first attempt

At 15 weeks, we are able to determine the gender on the first attempt 70 to 75% of the time.

At 16 weeks, we are able to determine the gender on the first attempt about 80% of the time.

At 17 weeks to 19 weeks, we are able to determine the gender on the first attempt 90 to 95% of the time.

At 20 weeks and beyond, we are able to determine the gender on the first attempt over 98% of the time.
