I requested to not know the gender, and the technician accidentally told me the gender
If you requested from us to
not find out the gender and an ultrasound technician or other staff member accidentally told you
the gender of your baby,
this is very bad.
We regret the inconvenience this would cause you.
In this situation, we would offer you a free
Premium Package,
just as we would offer any customer for whom we got the gender wrong.
We have multiple checkpoints in place to prevent this from happening. When you request to not be told the gender, we flag your
appointment in our online scheduling system. We inform all staff members, including your ultrasound technician. Your ultrasound
techician will tell you to look away if she is approaching a sensitive area with the ultrasound, and your ultrasound technician
will
look away herself so that she does not unconsciously slip and tell you the gender of your baby.
Your ultrasound technician will tell you that she is using the general pronoun "he" or "she", but that does not mean it's a boy or it's a girl.
