No show policy

When making your appointment, we request credit card information in order to help prevent no-shows. This is so we can keep our prices low for everyone.

Although we confirm the validity of your credit card, your credit card is not charged at the time that you make the appointment. You are only charged when you come in to the studio for your session. You also do not have to pay by credit card. You can pay by cash or any other method once you arrive at the studio.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without calling, we will call you and then charge your credit card the no-show fee of $50. If the cost of your session was less than $50, then we will only charge you the cost of the session.

We hate to charge customers no-show fees and cancellation fees. However, failing to show up for an appointment without calling costs us a significant amount. If we were to not charge for no-shows, we would have to charge double or triple the price for our services simply to stay in business. This is because our no-show rate has been 50% to 80% prior to instituting this policy.

If you cancel or reschedule within the same day, we will also charge your credit card the $50 cancellation fee. However, in cases of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible before your appointment time to cancel your appointment, and we can waive the fee on a case by case basis or apply it to a future session.

If you do not wish to give your credit card number over the internet or over the phone, you may pay for your appointment in full using PayPal, an independent secure third-party payment system. Simply purchase a gift certificate for yourself through the gift certificate section of our online scheduling system, and you will be given an option to pay using PayPal. When you use PayPal, we do not gain access to your credit card information.

Please note: When you purchase a gift certificate using PayPal, you will not be given a refund for the appointment if you fail to show up without calling. Gift certificates are not refundable, but you can give them to someone else.

If you are unsure as to whether you will show up for your appointment, we welcome you to come in as a walk-in customer. Simply call us the morning of when you want to come in, and we will let you know when we have available times for you to come as a walk-in.

Help keep our prices low while allowing other pregnant women to schedule the appointment times they need. Reduce our no-show rates by calling us in advance.
