Credit Card Information

We do not collect any credit card information. We used to collect credit card information in the past. All credit card information was not viewable by anyone except the owner and was not kept for longer than one year. Currently, any credit card information you have provided to us in the past is no longer viewable by anyone. In other words, it has been deleted and is no longer stored with us.

When you purchase a gift certificate through our online scheduling system, you will be redirected to pay for that gift certificate using PayPal. In this case, the credit card information you submit will be used only by PayPal and is accessible only to PayPal. This credit card information is not accessible by us.

When you buy any 3D ultrasound package using the Buy Now Google Checkout button, the credit card information you submit will be used by Google Checkout and is accessible only to Google Checkout. This credit card information is not accessible by us.

We use a third-party online scheduling system, called Appointment Plus, which has its own privacy policy. This third-party scheduling system will also have access to any information you provide when scheduling your appointment online or over the phone.

Customers who choose to get the Premium Package or the Get Everything Package will be automatically enrolled for a free subscription to Baby Jellybeans, which is also a third-party company. The Baby Jellybeans company will be provided with your name, email address, due date, and gender of your baby.

We also have a link to First Peek Ultrasound's Facebook page on our homepage. If you choose to like us on Facebook and write in any comments on the First Peek Ultrasound fanpage, your comments will be able to be viewed by anyone else in the world, and your Facebook profile picture may show up on our Facebook page as well, in a random rotation cycle. Any comments you post on our Facebook fan page will also show up on your Facebook wall, unless you change your Facebook display settings or individually delete such posts from your wall.

You have the opportunity to sign "onto our website" to leave a review on our website. This involves setting up an account with Google Groups. We are able to see all information provided when you set up this account. When posting a review on our website, your review, your user name, and your profile picture (if you uploaded one), are all able to be viewed publicly on our website by anyone in the world.

The Share This Page on the left-hand side of every page on our website provides a convenient way to share the page you are looking at to your friends or family. A small message can also be included. As with all such "tell-a-friend" links, both the sender's email address and the recipient's email address, as well as any included message, are visible to us. Although we are not a medical facility and we do not collect protected health information, we take your privacy seriously, including the privacy of your medical information. If you provide us with any medical information, as may rarely happen if we find a medical abnormality on your 3D ultrasound, we will share this information only to you and your doctor. In these cases, we may call your physician first before contacting you in order to clarify or determine if there is any actual medical abnormality.

If you do not want other people to know you are pregnant

A few of our customers may not want other people to know they are pregnant. If this is the case, do not include any telephone numbers or email addresses that other people may have access to when you schedule your appointment online. We will use your cellphone number to call you before your appointment to confirm your appointment, and we will send reminder emails to the email address provided.

If you do not want other people to know you are having a boy or a girl

We do not disclose the gender of your baby to anyone. However, if you are especially concerned about other people finding out the gender of your baby, you can provide us with a password so that we will only tell people who call us regarding the gender of your baby if they provide us with the correct password. Also, if you do not want other family members to know what gender your baby is, do not come home with a pink or blue baby heartbeat teddy bear.

Testimonials

If you wish to provide us with a positive review but you do not want your first name and home city included on our testimonials page, please include that in your email. Please note that if you have an unusual first name or live in an extremely small town, your first name and home city may identify who you are to those who know you. We include any positive reviews you tell us over the telephone or by email on our website. We always ask for your permission first when publishing any positive review that you tell us personally or over the phone.

If you find your review and name on our website and you later wish to have your name removed, you can contact us at firstpeek@oakparkultrasound.com or write to us and we will remove your name and/or your review immediately.
