There is no sound of my baby's heartbeat on my teddy bear

If there is no sound at all recorded on your teddy bear, please contact us as soon as possible. We may have either not recorded your baby's heartbeat on your teddy bear, or your teddy bear may have been switched with another teddy bear without any sound. You may return to get another teddy bear with your baby's heartbeat free of charge.

This problem should be very rare as we check all teddy bears before our customers leave our ultrasound facility.
